Conditions for Returns
We do not encourage and accept returns. You will appreciate that the product has to be procured specifically for you. Hence, an order, once delivered cannot, under any circumstances, be returned.
Our standard no-refund-no-return policy notwithstanding, we reserve all our rights to refuse returns of any merchandise at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
We discourage returns considering the nature of the merchandise. However, if we mutually agree that your product is eligible for a refund or return, in that case, You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to our Return Address in pristine condition.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods in pristine condition together with proof of receipt of the return delivery duly signed by our authorized representative.
All returns (if at all, in very exceptional cases) shall be confirmed by the Company in writing only after the merchandise is received back by Us in pristine condition.
